Underlease of whole

This document is a draft underlease of the whole of office premises.

It is a draft that is based on the Property PSL lease of whole (office). It is a full form of underlease in which the intermediate landlord is able to impose its own restrictions upon the sub-tenant in addition to the binding obligations of the head-lease.
