- 3M United Kingdom plc v Linklaters & Paines - Break rights; advice in relation to personal break rights; professional negligence;
- City of London Corporation v Intercede 1765 Ltd - Rights to light;
- Paddle Limited v Cumbria County Council - Contract for sale, and the effect of being still subject to contract;
- Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd v Olympia Homes Ltd - Land Registration; consequences of a failure to register;
- Liaqat v Majid - Trespass into an air space (Bernstein v Skyways) ;
- Lloyds TSB Bank plc v Hayward - Variation of a guarantee; requirements for reasonableness;
- Scottish Widows & Life Assurance Society plc v Stewart - Landlord and tenant; derogation from grant.
