The following cases were reported in the May 2005 issue of the CPI Update:
- Beaulane Properties Ltd v Palmer - Adverse possession rules and the Human Rights Act 1998;
- Belcourt Estates Ltd v Adesina - Implied surrender of a lease;
- Loubatieres v Mornington Estates (UK) Ltd - Land Registry; registering without reasonable cause;
- Pinto v Lim - Land Registry; fraud and rectification;
- Islington LBC v Green & O’Shea – Termination of sub-tenancies on termination of a head-lease;
- Riverside Property Inv. Ltd v Blackhawk Automotives Ltd - Landlord and tenant; repair covenants.
