Agreement for sale - freehold with vacant possession

This document is a precedent agreement for the sale of freehold land with vacant possession.

The agreement incorporates the Standard Commercial Property Conditions (2nd Edition).

It can be used either on the sale of registered or unregistered freehold land. Where land is leasehold, use the Property PSL agreement for the sale of leasehold land.
